Here at Circus PaZaz (probably like you, if you are a parent?) we have spent the summer homeschooling, some of our performers have been doing voluntary work and we are thinking of new ways to bring our little circus experience to everyone safely! Due to Covid 19, with a heavy heart we have postponed our summer tour until further notice, we hope to be back on the road again soon to continue to share our little circus experience with schools & family events across the UK. As soon as we can we will update all of our canceled or postponed event dates here as they are re confirmed once it is safe & the all clear is given to hold the event… but for now please stay safe, positive & look after your families.

This Summer saw a few new faces as a Guest Performing comedy Ringmaster joined our show for some of the school shows that Clown Zaz couldn’t attend. Lots of schools were visited with some great feedback! We officially booked a weekend off in June! to celebrate fellow performer Joseph Jax as he used the bigtop to hold his very own wedding with many circus friends attending & performing after the speeches! During the school holidays we were part of many family events & festivals. Clown Zaz performed in the Kidzfield at Glastonbury 2019 & its was our 5th time supplying circus entertainment with a full 11 day program of entertainment & workshops for the epic Alderney week festival in the Channel Islands. At some of the shows during the school holidays Zaz was joined in the show by his children as little clowns themselves & at Worthing Carnival by special guest performers Chi Chi Revolver, Kitty Peels & Milo who’s little ones also could not resist performing at the end of the show too!
As we prepare to pack away our bigtop tent for winter we are now already making plans for more circus shows & workshops indoors in halls this christmas & again under the big top next summer! Contact us here if you are interested in having circus PaZaz visit your School or family friendly event….

This summer we are pleased to be confirmed again for some of our favourite events like Alderney week & Worthing Rotary Carnival, also our 1st time locally @St Ann’s Wells Gardens Spring festival – Hove’s biggest community summer festival.
During Term time we will again be visiting lots of primary schools around the country. Not only entertaining – fundraising too! Tilly Twist is leading the schools tour! Tilly & our team of circus performer friends are really looking forward to sharing our little circus magic with all ages! impressive acrobatics, juggling, hula hooping & cowboy whip cracking! New for 2019 we have a skillful Ringmaster joining Circus Pazaz with his own unique, impressive skills!
Clown Zaz will be taking a back seat from some of the term time tour as he is also a busy full time dad & now his kids are at school cant be available as much as he would like to…we hope to see you at one of our shows or circus workshops this summer! After another full on summer season! its now already the start of Autumn, we’ve now packed away our little bigtop for the winter period. We are still available to book for schools & christmas events & we can perform our circus in school/sports halls & venues. We are now taking enquires for summer 2019! contact us for info & prices!
This summer was our busiest so far! we visited almost 20 locations with our little circus = big fun! Here are some of our highlights….
We started our 6th tour in Zaz’s hometown of Bognor Regis for a massive circus workshop whilst the royal wedding was shown on a big screen in Hotham park. Then we head further north to a school in Newark who first contacted us 4 years ago! so great to make it happen at last! all the children came to see the circus show as treat to celebrate their schools birthday. In Essex we visited Quilters junior school after setting up the bigtop on a Sunday afternoon with the pta we stayed pitched on their school field for the whole week! The head teacher was very enthusiastic & we taught the children their own show which they then preformed after school for the parents followed by our show with popcorn of course! With school summer fete season in full swing we visited many schools across the south & again have received lots of positive feedback from schools saying how they loved our shows & what a great way to fundraise for their school circus pazaz was! In August we were invited back for the 4th time! to perform & celebrate the 70th Alderney week festival, a great working holiday & amazing chance to visit the tiny channel Island of Alderney. Then in Cornwall we were back for the 2nd year for showtime at the Cornish maize maze a wonderful little farm & family attraction. So good! that this year Zaz’s kids Zac & Olly came a day early to see the maze & help with the shows before heading back to Sussex for Bank Holiday weekend & Worthing Carnival. On day 1 sadly the weather & wind wasn’t friendly & despite a few kids coming for the workshops in the morning the event had to closed late afternoon. Next day the sun was back out & so were the people of Worthing! After the carnival when it was show time we had to completely open the side walls to allow people watch from outside the tent too, this must have been our busiest show ever! Then in September the new school year began & we put up the tent for a few more school events & end of summer fairs locally in Sussex before rolling up the tent for the last pack away of this season…..2018 was 250th year of Circus as we know it – the circus comes in many shapes & sizes, as one of the smallest circuses in the UK we consider ourselves lucky & take pride in the work we do, both in preparation & presenting our little circus experience & look forward to more circus fun in 2019!
We are really excited that summer is on its way & soon we can put up our little bigtop tent again!! 2018 will be the 6th summer tour for our little circus show & worldwide celebrates 250 years of the Circus started in London in 1768. As in previous years we will be visiting lots of schools, bringing the excitement & fun of the circus at a cost that the pta can afford then fundraise for the benefit of the school & children! During the summer holidays we are pleased to be sailing back to the channel island of Alderney for our 4th year! to join in celebrating 70 years of Alderney week festival. Happy New year!, we are now busy mapping out our little circus tour for summer 2018. As in previous years we will be visiting lots of schools, bringing the excitement of the circus at a cost that PTA’s can fundraise for the benefit of the school. We will also be teaching some lucky kid’s their own circus show that they will get to perform themselves in our little bigtop tent. During the school summer holiday’s we will be involved with many family events, we are excited to be confirmed for a 4th year to be shipped onto the tiny channel Island of Alderney for Alderney week festivities. Phew & relax! well almost!, Our Bigtop is now safely packed away for winter, the baby tiny top tent & circus stage will still be in use for some schools without the large flat grass space the Bigtop requires & then xmas themed for Christmas family events & shopping centres.
This Summer was our 5th season together as Circus PaZaz & our busiest to date! We are proud to have helped lots more schools & PTA’s to enjoy our little circus in the local community whilst fundraising at the same time! with all the great feedback we’ve had we know were doing good! “What a fabulous way to help raise funds for our school – Brilliant circus enjoyed by all” – “I would definitely recommend Circus PaZaz.” & “big thank you to Circus PaZaz for coming to our event for the 3rd year running 3 sell out shows! You guys are amazing!” We visited some great new places & met lots of lovely & helpful faces on our little circus tour, we returned to some locations re’booked from previous years, always welcomed with a buzz of excited children & parents who now knew what to expect & were ready to let our circus fun begin! Highlights for us include All those delicious Pta homemade cakes & ice creams, the epic 6 different shows on the hour all in just 1 day as the Cirque du funk @funkthefamilyfestival in Hove Park with special guest performers, Our 3rd year running sailed for our annual circus “holiday” to the tiny Channel Island Alderney for Alderney Week festivities, Getting lost together after the shows at the Amazing Cornish Maize Maze (were pleased to confirm we will be back for Alderney week & the Cornish Maze in August 2018) Thank you to all the parents, kidz & teachers who came & enjoyed our shows & workshops!
