Hi everyone, just catching up with Zaz’s blog before we set off for Glastonbury festival. So far this summer we have visited quite a few primary schools with more to come. Last week we visited Giffards in Essex, a sentimantal gig as this is the school where Fred & Chi chi performed as freds flying circus for the last time & our 3rd visit. This school are especially nice & always thrilled that we take the time to visit them. We like to arrive after school & build up the tent with the help of the pta ready for all to see in the playground next morning. The school bell rings, soon after the first year3 class are sat on the grass sketching the tent whilst taking registration. Each year Giffards primary year 3 choose circus as a project. After playtime the class and teacher join us in the circus ring for the rest of the school day. Together the class learn their own show to perform at showtime after school. These workshops are a inspiring & interesting tool help to increase play, concentration, team work & self esteem levels not forgetting fantastic happy memories for all the family. Both classes of children did a fantastic job together we hope there parents are proud of them and everyone enjoined the 2 fantastic after school community events. Here are a few snaps to see….
Now we head south west to Glastonbury country! Zaz is pleased to be part of the Kidzfield the biggest free children’s party in Europe. Zaz will be performing in the kidz tent with some of the coolest crew including the CBBC presenters & many more!
